Getting Married in Wailea: What About the Marriage License?

If you’re legally marrying in Hawaiʻi, you’ll need a Hawaiʻi marriage license.

The Hawaiʻi Department of Health currently says couples must appear together before an authorized agent, there is no waiting period, the license is valid for 30 days and the current fee is $65. Hawaiʻi does not require state residency or U.S. citizenship to marry.
